Ex-ante evaluation of the Operational Programme Employment and Social Inclusion

The aim of the ex ante evaluation is to provide a base for optimalization of allocation of funds of the Operational Programme Employment and Social Inclusion (ESF) for the programming period 2007 – 2013, and to improve the quality of programming through the assessment of the OP with regard to its coherence with the strategic documents and policies of SR and strategic documents and policies of EC and the Operational Programme implementation system.
