Property Management and Development in the Tourism and Leisure market is our fastest growing activity since 2004. Our team has extensive experience in the property development and property management of Leisure Resorts.

VVMZ has been assigned the Property Management of the SILVER Resort in the High Tatras. The SILVER Resort (www.silverresort.net) offers 380 luxurious apartments and villas, as well as numerous additional tourism facilities. VVMZ is responsible for the property and the rental management of the Resort.
