Subsidy and Project Management analyses grant and subsidy opportunities and makes applications for them on behalf of companies, non-profit organisations and government and semi-governmental agencies in Central and Eastern Europe. VVMZ is also active in project management during the preparation and implementation of major grant-assisted projects. VVMZ actively assists grant applications made on behalf of non-profit organisations and government or semi-governmental agencies. Our consultancy and support services focus mainly upon: - non-governmental organisations (NGOs);
- government departments;
- (provincial and local authorities) / regional and local self governments.
VVMZ has also successfully applied for grant assistance on behalf of commercial companies in the following sectors: metalworking, cable and telecommunications, ceramics, publishing, tourism, banking and insurance, machine production, retail and wholesale, agriculture, biotechnology, transport, environment. Applying for a grant or subsidy is generally a complex and time-consuming business which requires experience and a professional approach. VVMZ has both, and our procedure is comprehensive. The basic principles behind it are that the chances of obtaining the grant are as high as possible and that the customer has to make minimum effort. From the outset right up until the actual implementation of the project being supported, VVMZ does most of the work involved in the application. Throughout the process, you as our client are regularly informed and advised by us, so that you can take the appropriate action. This results in the best possible outcome. For European and other international grant-assisted projects, VVMZ is generally involved in developing the project plan and in finding and selecting the right international project partners. In many cases, a project manager VVMZ also remains directly involved throughout implementation. See the references in section sectors or countries. |
