Introduction

VVMZ is an independent international consultancy company active in Central and Eastern Europe. Since our establishment in1993 we have built up extensive experience in grant-assisted projects in countries such as; Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Estonia, Bulgaria and Serbia. VVMZ is rapidly extending its activities to other Eastern European countries and offers services in many fields:

1. Subsidy and Project Management

VVMZ Subsidy and Project Management analyses grant and subsidy possibilities and writes, submits, presents and manages subsidy projects for commercial companies, non-profit organizations and (semi-) governmental institutes in Central and Eastern Europe. VVMZ is also active in project management during the preparation and implementation of major grant-assisted projects.

2. Development Projects

VVMZ Development Projects executes, in close cooperation with local and international advisors, projects in Central and Eastern Europe. These projects are funded by international donors such as the Netherlands government, European Commission and the World Bank. VVMZ has gained large experience with projects related to and/or SME development, HR training and development, export and investment promotion, company restructuring, agriculture, environment, civic participation, harmonization of legislation and of government practices to European Union. VVMZ works closely together with local ministries and (semi-) governmental institutes in Central and Eastern Europe.

3. Tourism & Leisure

The tourism and leisure market is characterised by its complexity and a dynamic fast changing environment. To be successful in the market, you need to be one step ahead. Property Management and Development in the Tourism and Leisure market is our fastest growing activity since 2004. Our team has extensive experience in the property development and property management of Leisure Resorts.

VVMZ has been assigned the Property Management of the SILVER Resort in the High Tatras. The SILVER Resort (www.silverresort.net) offers 380 luxurious apartments and villas, as well as numerous additional tourism facilities. VVMZ is responsible for the property and the rental management of the Resort.
