The document consists of the analysis of the competitiveness of the regions, work accessibility, diversification of the economics, traffic infrastructure analysis, civil facilities analysis, SWOT analysis, analysis of disparities and proposal of the strategy, priorities and activities. The document also includes financial plan and system of implementation.
