Follow-up assignment aimed at the development of business activities on the Saarema and Hiuuma islands in Estonia. Specific objectives: Establishment of a Rural Business Support Forum for both islands; Feasibility studies, market research and business plan for the establishment of a computer assisted Distance Working Group, Berry Production and Marketing Group, Quality Sheep Production and Marketing Group and a dairy milking buildings refurbishment demonstration unit; Economic and financial appraisal of investment possibilities.
