Support to Administrative Justice in Ukraine

The general objective of this contract was to support the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine and the Delegation of the European Commission to Ukraine in the preparation of the Twinning project necessary for launching an institutional Twinning of 1.5M Euro. The general objective of the Twinning is to improve quality of functioning of administrative judiciary in Ukraine through the increased institutional capacity of administrative courts built up in accordance with the best European and world practices.
