Support to the Customs Administration in Preparation of the Business Change Management Plan and IT Strategy

The global objective of this assignment was to support the Customs Administration of the Republic of Croatia to introduce an overall strategic business and IT development framework in order to enable the Customs Administration to meet the requirements under the Negotiations Chapter 29. To assist the Customs Administration of the Republic of Croatia to prepare an overall Business Change Management Plan in the main administrative and operational areas relating to customs. To assist the Customs Administration of the Republic of Croatia to prepare an overall IT strategy, which provides the basis for further IT organization in the Customs Administration, especially in view of the ongoing and upcoming IT interoperability projects.
